A growing neurosciences program in northern Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join a collegial and flexible practice with strong patient demand. This opportunity allows physicians to shape their clinical focus while benefiting from an established referral network and supportive clinical infrastructure.
Position Highlights:
- Join an expanding neurosciences team serving a large regional patient population
- Established referral pipeline supported by 100+ primary care providers
- Strong demand with 150+ neurology referrals per week
- Flexible practice model: practice general neurology or develop a subspecialty focus (e.g., neuroimmunology/MS, movement disorders, or other areas of interest)
- Opportunity to collaborate with specialists across a large integrated health system
- Newly remodeled clinic space designed for efficient, patient-centered care
- Manageable patient volumes with generous appointment times
- Dedicated care team support including RN and MA staffing
- Optional teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
- Ambient listening technology integrated within the Epic (electronic health record system)
- Opportunities to expand services such as EMG, EEG interpretation, and other diagnostic capabilities
- Flexible scheduling, including a four-day workweek option
- No call responsibilities
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive salary range (based on experience): $365K - $440K+
