Neurology Opportunity in Rock Springs, Wyoming | Established Patient Panel

Join an established neurology practice in Rock Springs, Wyoming, with an experienced clinical team and a strong foundation for long-term growth.

Position Highlights

• Only neurology practice serving the region
• Established panel of 1,600 patients with 15 to 25 new patient referrals per week
• Adult patient population primarily ages 40 to 75, with cases including migraines, neuropathy, cognitive decline, tremors, and multiple sclerosis
• Two exam rooms and two procedure rooms with dedicated RN support
• Cerner EMR with Dragon Medical dictation fully implemented

Schedule & Call

• Monday through Friday schedule with half days on Fridays
• 8 to 12 patients on full clinic days and 4 to 6 patients on half days
• No formal call schedule
• Occasional ED and hospitalist consult requests only

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $375,000
• $30,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
• Up to $90,000 in educational loan repayment over three years
• 6 weeks PTO and 401K with 7% employer matching
• Full health, dental, and vision benefits, plus CME time and allowance
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• All experience levels considered
• H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available
