Opportunity:
- In need of an Epilepsy Neurologist for upcoming coverage. Will be covering call at three 3 sites
- No daytime outpatient clinic. Must physically see all inpatients at all 3 sites all days including weekends plus night call
- Dates needed for coverage 7a-7a (Credentialing takes a min of 120 days)
- May 29 - June 1

- Practice Setting: Inpatient/hospital based
- Rate type options: Daily On Call, Weekend Call and Call Back
- What Percent of the Practice is Adult: 90% Pediatric: 10% 16+
- What Percent of the Practice is Trauma: Depends on the day, providers may see GSW and hypothermia; Level II at one of the locations
- What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient: This would be outpatient EEG review
- What Percent of the Practice is Inpatient: 95%
- Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: Max 8 per day
- Will Other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment? Yes
- How Many Physicians in Your Group? 14
- How Many Advanced Practice Providers in Your Group? 3
- Lab Onsite? Yes X-Ray Onsite? Yes
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Remote monitoring for EEGs is an option but an essential job request
