Facility: Health System- 254 bed hospital and the clinic is located within walking distance, making traveling between the two locations simple and convenient. Join a group of two physicians and one nurse practitioner. Opportunity for teaching with the family medicine residents.

*Day shifts plus 1:4 call
*100% adult
*EMR: Epic
*Required procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
*Accepting visa candidates
*Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology - REQUIRED
*IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
*BLS and ACLS - REQUIRED
*Active DEA (or willing to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
*COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
*State experience with procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox) - REQUIRED
Compensation: Competitive salary range with relocation assistance if needed plus malpractice and full health benefits.
