Location: Dallas, GA and Griffin, GA (2 locations with different needs)
Duration: June - Ongoing
Schedule/Shift:
Dallas, GA - needs Mon – Fri 8a-5p (need 2 providers ideally)
Griffin, GA - Mon – Fri 8a-5p with IP rounding (need 1 provider and will do locums to perm)
Scope:
Dallas, GA – 100% outpatient
Griffin, GA - Primarily Outpatient with IP rounding, daily IP census is 2-3, strokes or major neuro issues will get transferred out
EMR: EPIC
Facility:
Dallas, GA – 250 beds
Griffin, GA – 200 beds
Requirements (boards, license): GA licensed or IMLC License in hand, Board Certified and Clean Background. Covid Vaccinated
