Lake Havasu, Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma.
- Provider can determine own schedule
- Per diem work
- Adult patients
- Paid Per Exam
- 0-8 ppd
- Start ASAP
- Exams are one time appointments that involve no treatment, follow-up exams and/or writing prescriptions. Exams are 60-90 minutes long.
