Urgent need for Locums Neurologist in Northern New Hampshire
*Location: Coos County New Hampshire; beautiful location for summer and fall; lots of recreational opportunities in a great community
*Setting: Clinic/Hospital
*Start Date: ASAP
*Job Duration: 4 months (opportunity to extend)
*Full Time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, No Call or Weekends
* Shifts: 8am-5pm (lunch noon-1pm) *No staff availability for later hours.
*Dates currently set:
- Mon 6/27 - Fri 7/1
- Wed 7/13 - Fri 7/15
- Mon 7/18 - Fri 7/22
- Mon 8/29 - Fri 9/2
- Wed 9/21 - Fri 9/23
- More dates to be added; it would be idea if the provider has ability to cover multiple consecutive weeks, 4-5 days/week; 3-4 weeks on, then a week or two off. Could work 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, but not preferred.
*Requirements: BE/BC Neurologist, BLS active, EEG- minimum 250 EEG Interpretations under supervision of experience electroencephalograph; minimum 75 EEG interpretations in the past 24 months (preferred)
*Census: 13-15 patients per day
*Ages: Adult and some teenagers
*No procedures required. Lumbar punctures (diagnostic) can be done by anesthesia. Other neurologist does NCA, EMG, and EEG, so it is not required of this provider. EEG is preferred, but not required.
