RecruitWell is partnering with an integrated, nonprofit health system in Jamestown to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist for a full-time, permanent position. This opportunity offers strong compensation, visa sponsorship, and a high degree of clinical autonomy within a well-supported system.

• Solo Neurology Practice with strong hospital and specialty support

• Combination of outpatient neurology clinic and inpatient rounding

• General neurology consultations with opportunity to perform on-site EMGs

• EEG studies performed at the hospital with collaborative interpretation

• Robust primary care referral base ensuring consistent patient volume

• Fully integrated Epic EMR across the health system

• Employed, nonprofit health system

• PSLF eligible

• New graduates welcome

• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available

• Base salary range: $290,000 – $370,000

• $50,000 sign-on bonus

• wRVU-based productivity incentives

• Additional productivity incentive opportunities

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and training

Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.

The client is a multi-specialty physician network employing 50+ physicians and 20+ advanced practice providers across 12 locations. Specialties include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Women’s Health, Orthopaedics, Aesthetics, and Neurosurgery. Administrative and business support is provided by the hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.
