Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Outpatient Neurologist to join Cape Neurology Specialists, a well-established, highly respected neurology group located in the scenic riverfront community of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Cape Neurology Specialists delivers a full spectrum of neurological care, providing both inpatient and outpatient services within a robust, collaborative environment. Physicians manage a wide variety of neurologic conditions, including:

• Acute and chronic pain disorders
• Alzheimer’s disease and cognitive disorders
• Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
• Headache and migraine disorders
• Multiple sclerosis
• Neuromuscular diseases
• Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders
• Seizure disorders

Patients also benefit from access to advanced specialty programs within the Saint Francis Neurosciences Institute, including:

• A Certified Level III Epilepsy Center
• Dedicated ALS Clinic
• Spasticity Clinic
• Certified Stroke Center

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $400,000 plus productivity incentives
• RVU-based compensation model
• Student loan repayment available

Candidate Requirements

As a member of Saint Francis Medical Partners, physicians are held to the highest standards of professional excellence:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry & Neurology
• Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain upon credentialing)
• Active Missouri DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

Practice Highlights & Responsibilities

• Join a collegial team of 5 Neurologists, including 2 Neuro-Hospitalists, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Dedicated Neurology floor and Neuro PIN unit
• Comprehensive diagnostic capabilities including:
  • EMG/NCS (required skill)
  • EEG
  • Autonomic testing
  • Vestibular testing
• Outpatient-focused schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• EPIC electronic medical record system
