Opportunity Overview
- Vascular Neurology physician needed for a 13-week assignment
- Inpatient hospital setting
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Coverage includes Neuro Floor, OHVI, and ICU
- 36 beds in each unit
- EPIC EMR
- Physician will work with Hospitalists and other specialty teams for Neurology consultations
Schedule & Coverage
- Start date: December 7, 2026
- 13-week assignment
- 24-hour unrestricted call
- Position is strictly call coverage
- Physician reports to the hospital only when called in
- Follow-up rounding the following morning as needed
- 4 hours of gratis included with 24-hour call
Clinical Details
- Inpatient Vascular Neurology
- Neurology consultations
- Stroke consultations
- Neurointerventional consultations
- Neurointerventional procedures
- Rounding as needed
- Patient volume varies
Requirements
- MD/DO
- Board Certified in Neurology
- Oregon medical license required
- EPIC proficiency required
- Applicant must provide documentation of clinical services representative of the requested privileges within the previous 24 months
- Applicants who completed training within the previous year must provide a training log
- Additional certifications: TBD
