Job Responsibilities
Conduct pre and postoperative patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and document findings accurately.
Assist with follow-up visits and coordinate ongoing treatment plans.
Participate in patient education to promote health and wellness.
Observe or assist in procedures as appropriate, including potential observation in the operating room.
Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver high-quality pediatric neuro healthcare.
Maintain detailed and compliant medical records and documentation.
Support the practice’s administrative and clinical operations as needed.
Qualifications
Credentialing and state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
Previous experience in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates interested in pediatric neuro care are encouraged to apply.
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and compassionate patient interaction are essential.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for long hours dictated by patient needs.
Willingness to work across multiple practice locations.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Knowledge of pediatric protocols and a genuine interest in pediatric medicine.
