Position Highlights
- Currently 2 Physicians with a goal to grow to 3-4 Physicians
- 3 experienced Nurse Practitioners providing strong clinical support
- Collegial, patient-centered culture with an excellent referral base
- Coverage includes: 3 hospitals, multiple dialysis clinics, and 2 office locations
- Call rotation: 1 in 3
- Partnership track available after 1 year
