Job description
We are seeking a Chinese/English bilingual Nephrologist to provide specialized care for patients with kidney and renal-related conditions. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of renal disorders while providing comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nephrology consultations and follow-up care.
• Manage chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and other renal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
• Monitor disease progression and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other specialists.
• Educate patients and families regarding kidney health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate care to Chinese-speaking patients.
Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
• Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
