• Seeking experienced Nephrologists to provide high-quality, patient-centered kidney care
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available
• Providers may be required to travel between multiple locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island based on practice needs
• Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant Nephrology experience are preferred
• The patient population is primarily Chinese-speaking, so Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic kidney diseases
• Monitor patients with hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and other renal conditions
• Manage patients with chronic kidney disease and related complications
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Provide consultation and follow-up care as needed
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other specialists
• Educate patients and families regarding kidney health, treatment, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Provide services at assigned locations as required
Qualifications
• Active New York medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
• 3–5 years of experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical and patient-centered care
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned New York locations
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills highly preferred
• English-speaking candidates are welcome
