Nephrologist opening Cincinnati, OH & Lawrenceburg, IN ### The Opportunity Seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to diagnose and provide non-surgical treatment of diseases and injuries of the kidneys and related organ systems across two locations in Cincinnati, OH and Lawrenceburg, IN. --- ### Clinical Scope
- Treat patients with kidney diseases of various types, including those requiring dialysis or kidney transplant
- Diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and blood pressure-related conditions
- Take patient history and perform examinations
- Order and interpret laboratory analyses, X-ray procedures, and other diagnostic tests
- Administer and prescribe medications, vaccinations, and other treatments --- ### Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
- Call and some weekend coverage required --- ### Qualifications
- Medical Doctor degree or foreign equivalent
- Three years of Family or Internal Medicine residency
- Two years of Nephrology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Medical license for both Ohio and Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
