Located in Lafayette, IN – Indianapolis 65m; Chicago 125m; Fort Wayne 115m

Overview:
* Join a growing Nephrology practice serving Lafayette and surrounding communities
* Flexible full-time schedule
* Split time between outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis center outreach
* Outreach locations include Crawfordsville (weekly) and Rensselaer (monthly), both less than one hour from the main campus
* Call rotation of 1:4
* Average outpatient volume of 10–15 patients per day
* Average inpatient volume of 0–5 patients per day
* Nurse Practitioner support
* Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients across a growing regional practice
