A private nephrology practice near Colorado Springs is seeking a BE/BC Nephrologist to join its growing team. Collaborate with 5 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners in a collegial, physician-led environment while enjoying a highly desirable schedule, rapid partnership track, and exceptional quality of life in Southern Colorado.

Position Details:
• 4-day work week with 36 patient-facing hours.
• Established practice with dedicated inpatient and dialysis days.
• Work alongside 5 nephrologists and 2 nurse practitioners in a collaborative team environment.
• Minimal call requirements, consisting primarily of daytime call responsibilities.
• Broad scope of general nephrology including outpatient care, inpatient consults, and dialysis management.
• Fast 1-year partnership track with proven partner earnings exceeding $450,000 annually.
