Job Responsibilities
• Oversee dialysis care and coordinate with dialysis centers as needed
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor long-term outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration and current CPR certification
• Experience in outpatient nephrology and dialysis management preferred
