Location: Duluth, MN
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to join a well-established and collaborative nephrology team in Duluth, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity to inherit an existing patient panel and practice full-spectrum kidney care in a thriving lakeside community with outstanding quality of life.
Position Highlights:
Full-time position with no weekend clinic responsibilities
Inherit and manage established patient panel (12–15 patients per day)
Clinic consults, hospital rounding, and dialysis rounding
Call: 1 week of hospital call per month
State-of-the-art diagnostics and chronic kidney disease (CKD) management
Dialysis support and transplant coordination services (support role)
Collaborative team of board-certified nephrologists, experienced PA, clinic RN, dialysis nurses, and dedicated support staff
Mentorship available; open to experienced physicians and motivated new graduates
EPIC electronic medical record
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure
