We are recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nephrologist to join a well-established, physician-led private practice in New Jersey. This full-time role is set within a highly organized clinical environment intentionally designed to support physicians and reduce administrative strain.

You’ll step into a comprehensive nephrology role supported by strong operational systems, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality renal care across the full continuum without unnecessary distractions.

Clinical Responsibilities


Outpatient Nephrology

Provide longitudinal care for a diverse chronic kidney disease population, with a focus on slowing disease progression, patient education, and continuity of care.


Dialysis Oversight

Serve as medical director and rounding physician for ESRD patients at affiliated dialysis centers, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize clinical outcomes.


Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Care

Work in partnership with transplant services, vascular surgery, and primary care physicians to deliver coordinated, comprehensive renal treatment plans.
