- Hospital-employed practice seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join a thriving and collegial team
- Highly competitive compensation with recent listings indicating approximately $410,000 annually
- Join a well-established regional program within a DNV-accredited 267-bed Level II Trauma Center
- Clinical nephrology, hypertension, and post-transplant care
- Inpatient responsibilities include ICU coverage, acute dialysis services, and management of therapeutic pheresis
- Consultative service model (hospitalists serve as admitting physicians)
- Busy hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis population, including CRRT
- Outreach consultative services across 6 regional clinic locations and 9 dialysis units
- Well-established program with a large referral base
- Strong mentoring and collaborative environment
- Call schedule goal: 1:3
