Job description

$280K–$450K | Partnership Track | Flexible Scheduling & Strong Clinical Support

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to join a well-established, physician-led private practice in New Jersey. This is a full-time opportunity within a high-functioning clinical environment intentionally designed to support physicians, not burden them.

You will step into a diverse and meaningful clinical role with strong operational infrastructure, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent renal care across the continuum.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Outpatient Nephrology

Manage a diverse chronic kidney disease population with an emphasis on disease progression management, patient education, and long-term continuity of care.

  • Dialysis Oversight

Provide medical direction and regular rounding for ESRD patients at affiliated dialysis centers, working closely with care managers to optimize outcomes.

  • Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Care

Partner with transplant teams, vascular surgeons, and primary care physicians to deliver coordinated, full-spectrum renal therapy.

Why we are the right choice

  • Physician-Centered Operations

Dedicated administrative teams handle billing, prior authorizations, and care coordination, significantly reducing after-hours documentation and administrative fatigue.

  • Transparent Path to Partnership

Clear, accelerated track to Partnership/Shareholder status for physicians seeking long-term practice ownership.

  • Protected Work-Life Balance

Structured scheduling with generous PTO designed to support personal time and prevent burnout.

  • High-Functioning, Collegial Culture

A supportive environment where physicians practice at the top of their license, supported by experienced clinical and operational teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives

  • Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance

  • Robust CME allowance with dedicated time for professional development
