Nephrologist - New Jersey | $280K - $450K Base + Bonuses and Partnership Opportunity

The Clinical Role

The incoming physician will focus on providing comprehensive, full-spectrum nephrology care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Key clinical responsibilities include:

• Managing complex renal pathologies, including advanced Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI).

• Overseeing and optimizing various renal replacement therapies (dialysis modalities).

• Collaborating closely with a dedicated, high-functioning multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care and superior patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

• Successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.

• Successful completion of an accredited Nephrology Fellowship program.

• Board Certification or Active Board Eligibility in Nephrology.

• Eligibility for an unrestricted Medical License in New Jersey.
