- BC / BE Nephrology Physician opening due to growth
- Multi-specialty group practice
- Excellentpayor mix
- 1:4 shared call
- 4.5 day work week
- Initial income guarantee of $250,000 plus productivity bonus formula
- Transition to productivity based compensation in year 3 or once practice is ramped up
- No buy-in partnership after year 2
