• Location: Thibodaux, LA (with coverage in Terrebonne & Assumption Parishes)
• Practice Setting: Private practice focused on outpatient nephrology with some inpatient care as needed.
• Call Coverage: Shared call duties for Thibodaux and Terrebonne, no ER call (emergency care transferred to Ochsner).
• Patient Demand: 1-2 month wait for new patients due to high demand for nephrology services.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Income Guarantee: $400k guaranteed
• Sign-On Bonus: $50k-$100k, based on experience
• Student Loan Assistance: Up to $50k
