Assignment Details
Dates: Selected November–December 2026 dates; assignment listed through March 1, 2027
Daytime coverage plus night call: December 22, 24, 29, and 30; daytime hours 7 a.m.–5 p.m., with an NP scheduled overnight
On-site 24-hour coverage: November 26–27 and December 23 and 28; shift start times to be confirmed
Night call only: November 25
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours plus beeper call and selected on-site 24-hour shifts
Volume: Not specified
Setting: Inpatient neonatology; daytime coverage described as clinic in source
Rounding: Assigned patients; beeper call includes unassigned patients
Support: NP scheduled overnight on daytime-plus-call dates
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
Neonatal-perinatal care and assigned-patient rounding
Preferred: Neonatal ventilation management, intubation, and invasive/noninvasive respiratory support
Preferred: Umbilical and central/arterial lines, lumbar puncture, chest tubes, and exchange transfusions
Preferred: Delivery attendance, including high-risk C-sections
Resident supervision and teaching required
No APP supervision required
Requirements
BC in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Active Massachusetts medical license
PALS
Availability for listed daytime, overnight-call, and/or 24-hour coverage needs
