A respected hospital in Southeast Michigan is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative neonatology team in a Level III NICU. Physician-led, team-based environment that welcomes both experienced NNPs and new graduates.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform neonatal assessments, daily rounds and management of critically ill and premature infants
• Collaborate with neonatologists on care planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds
• Support stabilization of high-risk newborns
• Provide family education and counseling
• Document in Epic
Qualifications
• NNP board certification by start date (new grads welcome)
• Active Michigan license
• BLS and NRP
• Able to work 24-, 10- and 8-hour shifts
• Epic experience preferred
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Permanent role – not open to locums; no visa sponsorship
