Coverage Dates: December 24–28, 2026
Schedule: 24-hour rounding with out-of-house call
Setting: Level III NICU
NICU Beds: 35
Average Daily Census: 23–25 patients
Support: 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage
Clinical Details:
- Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU
- Collaborate with NNPs and pediatric hospitalists
- In-house pediatric subspecialty support, including Cardiology, Nephrology, Pediatric Surgery, and Endocrinology
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified in Neonatology
- Minimum 1 year of post-fellowship clinical experience
- Recent neonatology experience within the past 12 months
- Active Texas medical license or IMLC accepted
- BLS certification required
- Must have been clinically active within the past year
