Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a collaborative neonatal care team in Riverdale, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in a Level III NICU with a supportive physician-led team and a balanced 1-week-on / 1-week-off schedule.
$2,400+ per shift
Compensation
$100–$125 per hour$2,400+ per shift
Opportunity Highlights
- Level III NICU licensed for 25–30 beds
- Average daily census: 8–10 patients
- Full range of gestational ages, excluding surgery and ECMO
- Advanced ventilatory support with nitric oxide capabilities

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill and premature newborns
- Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Communicate effectively with families regarding treatment and progress
- Provide evidence-based, high-quality neonatal care
Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Strong NICU clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
