• Practice within a 40-bed Level III NICU alongside a supportive, experienced team
• Staffing model includes 6 full-time Neonatologists with day coverage (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) utilizing 2 Neonatologists and night coverage (5:00 PM - 7:30 AM) utilizing 1 in-house Neonatologist
• Nurse-driven transport team with physician oversight, averaging 15 transports per year
• Required procedures and services include high-frequency ventilation (HFOV/HFJV), inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia with aEEG, and care of pediatric surgical patients
• Must be Board Certified in Neonatology with recent clinical experience
• Providers must have been clinically active within the past year and have at least 6 months of clinical experience within Neonatology
• Active Virginia medical license required
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
• Self-Query NPDB must be pulled within 30 days of submission

The facility specializes in heart and stroke, high-risk OB, orthopedics, and imaging, and is recognized as a national leader in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.Opportunity:

• Per diem coverage needed for 12/30/2026, 12/31/2026, and 1/1/2027 with day and night shift availability• Practice within a 40-bed Level III NICU alongside a supportive, experienced team
