Locums – Alexandria, Louisiana Neonatology Job (IMLC Accepted)
Start Date:
- 12/22/2026
Holiday Coverage Needed:
- 12/22/2026–12/25/2026
- 12/29/2026–01/02/2027
- Per diem coverage
NICU Details:
- 34-bed, Level III NICU
- Diverse acuity and case variety
- Approximately 1,500–2,000 deliveries annually
- Newborn nursery rounds
Practice Model:
- Collaborative 2 Neonatologist / 4 NNP model
- NNPs in-house 24 hours a day
- Home call for Neonatologists after rounds
- NNP-led transport team
- Physician covers in-house during transports
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Neonatology
- Minimum 1 year of post-fellowship clinical experience
- Active Louisiana license
- IMLC accepted
