Permanent Physician - Neonatology
Position Type: Permanent

Shift: Combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts
Position Details:
Patient Population: Neonatal and critically ill newborn patients
Setting: Level III NICU / Regional Perinatal Center
Responsibilities: Provide specialized neonatal care, collaborate with obstetric and pediatric teams, and participate in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
Required Procedures: High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV), nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
Support Staff: 7-neonatologist practice and multidisciplinary obstetric and pediatric teams
On-Call/Weekends: Overnight call from home
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible within 5 years of residency or Board Certified in Neonatology
- New Jersey medical license or willingness to obtain
- Neonatology experience and most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days
