Neonatology Opening in Rockford, IL Chicago 80m We are seeking an experienced Neonatologist to join our 32-bed Level III NICU team in Rockford, Illinois. * Our Level III NICU is staffed 24/7 by a Neonatologist and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, who are part of a multidisciplinary team of caregivers providing excellent and cost-effective care to our smallest patients. * In this autonomous position, you will enjoy a practice which includes rounding to discuss and establish plan of care; performance of invasive procedures, and opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education. * Team of 7 neonatologists and 4 NNPs. * MFM collaboration and 24-hour in-house OB hospitalist Compensation & Benefits * Salary Range: $366,579 - $437,849 (based on experience) * Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance * Generous paid time off and CME allowance * Retirement plan with employer contribution * Professional society dues and association fee reimbursement * Interview and relocation assistance * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Qualifications * MD or DO; BC or BE in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine * Active Illinois medical license and DEA license, or ability to secure these prior to hire.
