Seeking an experienced Neonatologist for a per diem locum opportunity in Amarillo, Texas.

• Board Certified in Neonatology — Required
• Active Texas License — Required

• Minimum 1 year of post-fellowship clinical experience — Required
• Recent Neonatology experience within the past 12 months — Required
• Must have been clinically active within the past year — Required
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in the specialty — Required

• 24-hour rounding with out-of-house call
• Weekend coverage required
• On-call coverage required
• Per diem opportunity

• 35-bed Level III NICU
• Average daily census: 23–25
• NNP support available 24/7
• Pediatric Hospitalist coverage for newborns
• In-house pediatric subspecialty support includes:
  • Cardiology
  • Nephrology
  • Pediatric Surgery
  • Endocrinology

Must have:

• Neonatology board certification
• Active Texas license
• 1+ year post-fellowship experience
• Recent Neonatology practice within the last 12 months
• At least 6 months of experience in Neonatology
• Active clinical practice within the past year
• Availability for weekends and call
