Greenstaff Medical is actively recruiting Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologists interested in premium locum tenens opportunities throughout North Carolina.
We partner with leading healthcare organizations seeking neonatal coverage in Level II, III, and IV NICU settings. Multiple assignments are available with flexible scheduling and ongoing coverage needs.Job Responsibilities
Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation when required.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage critically ill and premature infants.
Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, Pediatric Specialists, Respiratory Therapists, and nursing staff.
Participate in daily patient rounds and care planning.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Communicate effectively with families regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
Qualifications
Active state medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
Current DEA registration.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience required.
BLS, NRP, and other facility-required certifications.
Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills.
Working Hours
Day, night, weekend, and holiday coverage opportunities available.
8-hour, 12-hour, 24-hour, and call coverage assignments may be available depending on facility needs.
Full-time, part-time, and ongoing locum opportunities available.
