THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a 486-bed regional medical center with a Level II NICU. This employed position offers a manageable census with experienced NNP support and a family-friendly call schedule.COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $350,000 - $500,000+ -Sign-on bonus

CLINICAL PRACTICE

- Average daily census: ~5 patients- Experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners

SCHEDULE & CALL
- Physician on-site: 8 AM - 2 PM- NNP coverage: 2 PM - 8 AM with physician call-in
- 30-minute response time for call-ins
- Equitable call rotation among team
- Family-friendly schedule
