- Shift: 24/7 in-house coverage with balanced rounding schedule
- Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours
- Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist
- License/Certifications: Medical license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
- Relocation: May be required
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Competitive salary to be discussed at interview)
- Pay Package: Paid weekly via direct deposit

- Deliver specialized neonatal intensive care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
- Manage high-acuity neonatal cases within a state-of-the-art facility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
- Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage, ensuring continuous patient support
- Engage in resident training and supervision
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Provide family-centered communication and clinical care
- Work closely with pediatric subspecialists for comprehensive neonatal management
- Contribute to a highly organized, sustainable call system that promotes physician wellness
- Medical license in Georgia or eligible
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatology
- Minimum of 2+ years of Neonatal ICU experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage high-acuity neonatal cases with evidence-based practices
