• We are seeking a dedicated NICU Physician to join a prestigious Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• The role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns in a collaborative and fast-paced hospital environment.
• This is a 13-week assignment with a strong possibility of extension through the end of the year.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee patient management throughout hospitalization until discharge
• Provide delivery room coverage and immediate neonatal care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management and treatment planning
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Level IV NICU
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Neonatology preferred
Working Hours
• Flexible staffing: 2 Part-Time or 1 Full-Time (Days) and 3 Part-Time or 1.5 Full-Time (Nights)
• 13-week assignment with potential extension
Skills
• Excellent patient management and decision-making skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
