Practice Details
Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo, ND, is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join the region’s largest team of board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists.
- The LARGEST (40+ bed) Level III Regional NICU in the state of North Dakota
- Team includes 6 neonatologists, 14 staff NNP/PA plus per diems
- 24/7 in-house coverage by NNP/PA
- Supported by AirMed transport services with helicopter and fixed wing covering the tri-state area
- Over 300 Pediatric and Neonatal transports annually
- Assist at the time of high-risk delivery and post-resuscitative care of the sick newborn
- Largest team of more than 65 board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists in the region
- Sanford Medical Center houses an 8 bed PICU, with additional flex beds if needed. Floor shared with 24 bed pediatric unit, and 40-bed Level III NICU
- Sanford Health Fargo serves a large catchment area of 1.2 million throughout ND, MN and parts of SD and MT
- Joint appointment as clinical faculty with Department of Pediatrics at UND School of Medicine and Health Science teaching medical students & family medicine residents as well as an upcoming pediatric residency in 2024
Compensation Package
