Neonatologist – Oklahoma City, OK / Mercy Hospital

- Shift: 24-hour shifts (approx. 10 shifts/month)
- Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology (BC/BE)
- Experience: Previous neonatology experience preferred; new fellows encouraged to apply
- Pay package: Starting at $265,000 per year, with annual increases
- Bonuses: Monthly guaranteed first-year bonus, year-end bonus eligibility

- Provide expert neonatology care at two distinct NICUs:
- Mercy Hospital (43-bed NICU, ADC 29)
- Norman Regional Hospital (26-bed NICU, ADC 14)
- Manage a workload of approximately 10 shifts per month, including overnight coverage
- Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and full hospital support staff
- Utilize advanced ventilatory support equipment such as HFOV and jet ventilators
- Lead clinical decision-making for neonate stabilization and critical care
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and consults with obstetric and pediatric teams
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards for neonatal care
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology (BC/BE)
- Valid medical license in Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain one
- Proven competence in neonatal intensive care and ventilatory management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
