Job description Neonatologist Opportunity Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Locums: Not accepted Visa Sponsorship: Not available Position Overview Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join an established private practice providing care at two Level III NICUs in Oklahoma City. The position offers a collaborative work environment with strong hospital support and a balanced schedule. New fellows are encouraged to apply. Schedule & Availability
  • Approximately 10 shifts per month
  • 24-hour shifts (taken out-of-house)
  • Designed to support work-life balance
Practice Setting Coverage at two Level III NICUs:
  • 43-bed NICU
    • Average Daily Census (ADC): 29
  • 26-bed NICU
    • Average Daily Census (ADC): 14
Clinical Capabilities:
  • High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)
  • Jet ventilators
  • Strong subspecialty and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support
Team Structure
  • 6 Neonatologists in the practice
  • 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) support
  • Full hospital backup and collaborative care environment
Facilities
  • ??????Both located in the Oklahoma City area
Licensing
  • Oklahoma medical license required (or ability to obtain)
Certifications & Credentials
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology – Required
  • New fellows encouraged to apply
Candidate Requirements
  • Must reside in the Oklahoma City metro area
  • Relocation may be required
  • Permanent candidates only

Compensation
  • Competitive salary based on experience and training
