Position Summary
The organization is seeking an experienced Maternal–Fetal Medicine Physician to join its expanding women’s health and perinatal team in the Renton area.
This full-time, permanent position focuses on managing high-risk pregnancies through consultation, co-management, diagnostic imaging, and procedural services. The MFM will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, genetic counselors, and perinatal nursing staff within a coordinated, patient-centered care model.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide outpatient and inpatient consultation for high-risk pregnancies
Perform and interpret maternal–fetal ultrasound and diagnostic imaging
Manage complex maternal and fetal conditions collaboratively with OB/GYN teams
Support labor & delivery teams with high-risk assessments when needed
Participate in fetal surveillance, prenatal diagnosis, and care planning
Provide guidance for genetic counseling and advanced perinatal testing
Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
Contribute to perinatal quality initiatives, case reviews, and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Training: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Maternal–Fetal Medicine fellowship
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal–Fetal Medicine
Licensure: Eligible for Washington medical licensure
Experience: Prior MFM practice experience preferred (facility not considering new graduates )
Skills: Strong diagnostic imaging competence and ability to manage complex perinatal cases
