### Position Details
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
NICU Level: Level III
Beds: 36
Average Daily Census: 26 patients
Team Composition: 5 Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
Schedule: Full range of neonatal intensive care coverage, including days, nights, and weekends (rotating)
On-Call: Required, shared among providers

### Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive neonatal care for critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU
Manage advanced neonatal therapies, including:
- High-Frequency Ventilation
- Inhaled Nitric Oxide
- Total Body Cooling
- Amplitude-Integrated EEG (aEEG)
Collaborate with subspecialty teams in Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology
Work within a multidisciplinary team providing continuous NICU coverage
Participate in hospital and departmental meetings as needed

### Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
License: Active KS license or willing to obtain
Certifications Required: DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
Experience: Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Malpractice/License History: Clean record highly preferred
Visa: J1 candidates accepted

Base Salary: $275K – $360K (commensurate with experience)
