Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (Note: This is likely a placeholder; actual salary based on experience)
- Annual Compensation Range: $275,000 – $360,000 + lucrative bonus program (first-year bonus guaranteed at $50,000)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with a 36-bed capacity and an average daily census of 26 patients
- Manage advanced neonatal therapies, including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Total Body Cooling, and aEEG
- Collaborate with subspecialty teams such as Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology
- Participate in patient care coverage, including potential call and weekend duties
- Engage in a multidisciplinary team alongside 5 neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Contribute to a community offering a high quality of life and professional opportunities
What You Need:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Active medical license in Kansas or eligible for licensure
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care and advanced therapies
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Open to J1 visa candidates
