Position: Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician
Location: Odessa/Midland, TX
Overview:
A well-established, high-quality practice is seeking a US Board Eligible/Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician. This opportunity offers excellent work/life balance with high productivity potential in a supportive environment.
Schedule & Responsibilities:

Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Attending deliveries is not required

Shared call schedule for high work/life balance

Access to top-tier ultrasound equipment and experienced support staff

Option for temp-to-perm or permanent full-time
Qualifications:

US Board Eligible/Board Certified in MFM

Comfortable managing high-risk pregnancies

Able to provide immediate, high-quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits:

Up to $800k+ annually, including base salary and productivity/incentive pay
