- Provide expert clinical care to patients in a Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a Level II NICU at San Martin Campus
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists
- Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects
- Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses and ancillary staff
- Promote a healthy work/life balance through flexible scheduling
- Engage in the vibrant Henderson community with excellent recreational opportunities
- Valid medical license and certification in Neonatology
- BC/BE in Neonatology
- Prior experience working in a NICU environment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
