Clinical Role RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Henderson, Nevada. This role provides Neonatology coverage across two NICU settings and offers a combination of advanced neonatal care, teaching opportunities, and quality improvement involvement.

Position Details

• Open to experienced Neonatologists and qualified recent graduates

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to newborns in Level II and Level III NICU settings

• Manage critically ill and premature neonates

• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including:

  • Body cooling

  • Jet ventilation

  • High-frequency oscillatory ventilation

  • Inhaled nitric oxide

• Collaborate with Pediatric Surgery, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, OB Hospitalists, and other specialists

• Participate in teaching initiatives

• Contribute to quality improvement projects

• Work closely with nursing and ancillary teams

Practice Environment

• Primary Level III NICU: 26 beds

• Average daily census: Approximately 22

• Secondary Level II NICU: 6 beds

• Average daily census: Approximately 3
