🩺 Position: Neonatologist – Full-Time, Permanent
📍 Location: Pennington, New Jersey
🏥 Setting: Hospital-based – Level III NICU
📆 Schedule: Combination of 24-hour in-house shifts + 10-hour day shifts
👶 ADC: ~17 patients | 30-bed NICU
📈 Admissions: 400+ annually

🔍 Role Overview:

Join a collaborative team of 7 neonatologists in a high-functioning NICU within a regional perinatal center offering advanced neonatal services:

• High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)

• Nitric oxide therapy

• Whole-body therapeutic cooling

• ~4,000 deliveries annually

• Opportunities to teach Family Medicine residents and support an upcoming OB/GYN residency (starting 2025)

📌 Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of residency) – Required

• Active NJ license or willingness to obtain – Required

• DEA & CDS (prior to start) – Required

• Clean malpractice/license history – Highly Preferred

• Experience as a Neonatologist – Required

• Must reside locally or be open to relocating – Required
