• 🛏️ 30-bed Level III NICU

• 📈 Average Daily Census (ADC): 17

• 📅 400+ NICU Admissions Annually
  

🕐 Schedule:

• ⏰ Mix of 24-hour in-house shifts + 10-hour day shifts

• 🔁 Rotating, team-based coverage model

🧠 Core Responsibilities:

✔️ Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU
✔️ Utilize advanced therapies including:
  • High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)
  • Nitric Oxide Therapy
  • Therapeutic Hypothermia
✔️ Collaborate within a multidisciplinary perinatal team
✔️ Mentor and teach medical students, Family Medicine residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents
✔️ Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based neonatal practice
