Job description
A well-established health system in Shreveport, Louisiana is seeking a Neonatologist to join its team. The opportunity offers the chance to work in an accredited Level III NICU with 21 beds and a 14-bed Birth Place. The facility provides a collaborative and supportive environment focused on high-quality, compassionate care.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and direct neonatal care from delivery through stabilization and treatment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians, obstetricians, and nursing staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Support education and training of clinical staff as needed.
Qualifications
Louisiana medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Louisiana.
Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
J-1 visa sponsorship is negotiable.
